I really, really, wanted to hear these right out of the box and exclaim, “Wow!” Instead, I muttered, “Hmm, not bad.”

Let me begin by saying I feel the 5vi should set a high standard, because for this amount of money, you’re getting close to audiophile territory. Are these as good as any $50-$100 set I’ve tried? You bet. Are they better? Not even close.
